Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item, contact us at info@thepinkpunkbrand.com and we will provide you with the steps to follow.
You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any signs or indications that the item has been used—such as cosmetic residue, makeup stains, perfume, or other solid or liquid elements—will automatically void any option for exchange or return.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, nor do we accept exchanges or returns on custom or made-to-order items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please note that processing and issuing of refunds by your bank or credit card issuer may take several days. The Pink Punk Brand is not responsible for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
