Shipping Policy

 All orders have a processing time of 1 to 3 business days.
Each item is handmade and made to order, so our products are shipped within 3 to 4 weeks.

• Delivery times may be shorter if we have your item in stock.

Pickup at Workshop / Showroom:

• If you are near our workshop/showroom location (Reus, Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain) and want to pick up your order in person, feel free to contact us at info@thepinkpunkbrand.com and we will schedule an appointment with you to deliver your order. You will save time and shipping costs.

Shipping for Artwork:

For large format artwork shipments, on canvas or wood, please contact us at info@thepinkpunkbrand.com and we will find the best shipping option so that your artwork arrives at your home safely.

  • Artwork on paper is shipped rolled in a cardboard tube with maximum protection and safety.

  • Paper artworks are shipped under the same pricing and sales conditions you will find below, which are also the same for all other items available on our website.

National Shipping (Spain, mainland) and Portugal:

• Free shipping on purchases over €200.
Orders to mainland Spain and Portugal are shipped via NACEX, with a tracking number. Tracking details will be provided by email once the order is shipped.

• Shipping rates are determined at checkout.

Balearic Islands:

• Free shipping on purchases over €200.
Orders to the Balearic Islands are shipped by certified mail via CORREOS, with a tracking number.

Tracking details will be provided by email once the order is shipped. The shipping rate to the Balearic Islands is €12.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla:

• Currently, due to logistical reasons, we DO NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

International Shipping Europe:

• Free shipping on purchases over €350.
Orders to Europe are shipped by certified mail via CORREOS, with a tracking number. Tracking details will be provided by email once the order is shipped. The shipping rate to Europe is €20 per order.

U.S.:

• Free shipping on purchases over €500.
Orders to the U.S. are shipped by certified mail via CORREOS, with a tracking number. Tracking

details will be provided by email once the order is shipped. The shipping rate to the U.S. is €50 per order.

At The Pink Punk Brand, we always ship within the estimated time frame, but international delivery times depend on customs clearance in each country, which may cause unpredictable delays. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. For any customs-related delays, please contact your local customs office.

Customs and Taxes

  • Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. Customers are responsible for any additional charges.

  • We do not refund lost packages in transit.

  • We cannot refund or replace stolen or undelivered packages that have been confirmed as

    delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

  • We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If a package is returned to The Pink Punk Brand due to an incorrect address, it will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla:
